About Inspired Dwellings
Inspired Dwellings is the design/build construction team formed by Andrew and Chris Zylik. Together with more than 50 years of construction experience building everything from factories to office buildings to custom homes, they have the ability to build your dream home; on your budget and your schedule.
Andrew Zylik has a lifetime of experience in the industrial, commercial, and residential construction industries. His greatest passion is designing and building custom homes for his own family as well as for his many satisfied clients.
Chris Zylik has a background in mechanical engineering and construction. After working for a large scale construction company, he found his passion to be working directly with clients to build their dream custom homes.

We often keep in communication with our clients for years after their project is finished.
